Yesterday and today, my focus has been watching what I eat. I love to snack, so I'm snacking on Cuties (little mandarin oranges) and carrots. I feel really good. I'm going to watch what I eat for about a week before I break down and "face the scale". I don't want to see the number, get frustrated, and "rebel" because it's not where I want to be. Today or tomorrow, I'm going to head back to the gym for a workout. I feel like I'm getting back in my groove :-)
I guess weight loss is a lot like life- sometimes you mess up, but you just have to pick yourself back up, dust off, and go at it again!
